  - We design our content to align with FSCA CPD requirements for FAIS‑regulated professionals, but we do not guarantee acceptance by any specific employer or designation.

3.4 CPD methodology

To ensure accuracy and consistency:

- - CPD hours are based on structured learning time.
  - Video duration, activities, and assessments contribute to total hours.
  - Completion is required for hours to count.
  - Records are retained for 5 years.

Acceptance of CPD hours remains at the discretion of your employer, licence holder, professional body, or regulator.

3.5 Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

- - fees are payable in advance
  - access continues for the duration of your subscription or course period
  - refunds are only provided where required by South African consumer law or where explicitly stated for a specific product
